1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Launderella app and website, provided by Launderella Ltd, SIU Offices, 4-6 Greatorex Street, London E1 5NF, United Kingdom (“Launderella”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure.
• Each team member uses their own account. Workspace administrators control who can access their workspace.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

3. Workspaces and subscriptions

• A workspace represents one establishment, such as a yacht, villa or estate.
• New workspaces include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is needed to keep using the workspace.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time in your app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, notes and records you add. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service. You must have the right to upload it, including any guest information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other workspaces, interfering with the app’s security or performance, or uploading unlawful or harmful content.

6. Availability

We work to keep Launderella available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or pause features to improve the service.

7. Liability

Launderella is a record-keeping tool. We are not responsible for the handling, loss or damage of garments, luggage or other property. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Launderella and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will let you know in the app or by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
