Launderella Ltd (“Launderella”, “we”, “us”) provides a digital laundry and guest operations log for yachts, villas and private estates. 2. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, role and the workspace you belong to.
• Operational records: garment and luggage photos, descriptions, cabin and guest details, preferences, handover notes and activity history that you or your team add to a workspace.
• Enquiries: the name, company and message you send us through the website or by email.
• Technical data: device type, app version, log data and basic usage information that helps us keep the service running.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain and secure the Launderella app and your workspace.
• To manage subscriptions, billing and customer support.
• To respond to enquiries and send service updates.
• To improve the app, fix problems and understand how features are used.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and improving the service. Where required, we will ask for your consent.

5. Guest information

Workspace owners are responsible for the guest information they record in Launderella and for having an appropriate basis to do so. We process this information only on their instructions and to provide the service.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run Launderella (such as hosting, storage, payments and email), under contracts that protect your data, or where the law requires it.

7. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

8. How long we keep data

We keep workspace data for as long as the workspace is active. When a workspace or account is deleted, we remove the related data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email info@launderella.app. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details safe.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
